Customer Service Agreement for The Coach Vault Membership

1. Membership Overview

The Coach Vault is a monthly membership program designed to provide coaches with professionally created, customizable resources including weekly client emails, community scripts, Canva graphics, monthly lead magnets, and weekly Mentor Minutes.

By joining the membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Billing & Payments

  • The Coach Vault membership is billed monthly on a recurring basis.

  • Payment will be automatically charged to the card on file each billing cycle.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure payment details are up-to-date to avoid disruption in access.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your membership at any time. Access will continue through the end of your billing period.

  • Due to the digital nature of the content, no refunds are provided once a payment is processed.

  • If you experience technical issues or billing errors, please contact us for resolution.

4. Member Support

  • Response time is typically within 48 hours, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

5. Content Usage

  • All resources provided inside The Coach Vault are for your personal coaching business use only.

  • Redistribution, reselling, or sharing outside of your direct coaching clients is strictly prohibited.

6. Modifications

The Coach Mentor Academy reserves the right to update or change the contents of the membership or this agreement at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email.
