Refunds, Cancellations, and Promotions

1. Digital Products and Programs

Because digital products, courses, templates, trainings, and downloadable materials are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact our team and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

2. Memberships and Subscriptions

To cancel a membership or subscription, please email support @coachmentoracademy.com

Please keep in mind:

  • Cancellation requests apply to future billing only
  • Refunds are not provided for the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the contributor’s checkout Terms and Conditions
  • Because each contributor may offer different membership terms, cancellation policies may vary by offer
  • By purchasing, you agree to the cancellation terms presented at checkout for that specific contributor offer
  • Access will remain available through the end of the current paid billing period and will expire thereafter, unless otherwise outlined in the applicable offer terms
3. Coaching Sessions and Live Events

Refunds for 1:1 coaching sessions, consultations, or live workshops are not guaranteed and are only available when all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session or event
  • The session, workshop, or service has not already been delivered, accessed, or partially completed
  • No materials, recordings, or bonuses tied to the session or event have already been provided

Missed sessions, no-shows, and late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

4. Promotions, Bundles, and Special Offers

Promotional pricing, discounted offers, bundles, and limited-time purchases are subject to the specific terms presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, these purchases are final and not eligible for refunds.

5. Policy Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the refund, cancellation, and billing terms associated with your selected product, program, membership, or service.
