The Self-Trust Collective

 

This is a private monthly integration community for women who have completed the challenge and want continued structure while they reinforce what they’ve already begun.

It’s a space to reflect in real time, to process slips without shame, to strengthen emotional regulation, and to keep building the kind of self-trust that doesn’t disappear when motivation fades.

There is no pressure to perform here. No expectation of perfection. Just continued awareness and steady practice.

What’s Included Each Month

  1. Inside the Self-Trust Collective, the structure is steady and simple. Each month includes:

    • One live coaching call (60 minutes) where we process real patterns, refine skills, and apply the work to situations you’re actively navigating. A replay is always available if you can’t attend live.
    • Access to a private community space where you can share what you’re noticing, reflect on slips without judgment, and receive thoughtful feedback as you continue practicing.
    • Two guided practice prompts each month designed to help you strengthen specific skills, whether that’s working with urges, interrupting all-or-nothing thinking, reinforcing identity shifts, or stabilizing emotional regulation.
    • A monthly psychological focus that gently deepens one area of growth so you’re building capacity through repetition rather than chasing new information.

    The goal isn’t more content. It’s steady integration.
