My name is Ashley Overton, founder of the Coach Mentor Academy (CMA), because I saw a gap in support for certified health and fitness coaches who deeply care about their clients but often feel overwhelmed, under-resourced, or stuck in the behind-the-scenes work. After years of coaching, teaching, and mentoring, I realized that coaches needed more than just marketing—they needed practical tools, clear strategies, and a place to grow without burnout. CMA was born to bridge that gap—a community and resource hub where coaches can build confidence, sharpen their skills, and lead with excellence.
